Many Palestinians living in Iraq were forced to flee to refugee camps after the U.S.-led invasion in 2003. They still live in desperate conditions on the Iraq-Syrian border, unable to return to Baghdad or flee to neighbouring countries. Some, however, have found asylum elsewhere in countries far from home indeed, as far as Iceland.

Icelanders are lovely people, but they are not very wise in the ways of the world, especially in terms of third world immigration and bogus asylum seekers with sob stories.
It will not be too long before Iceland begins to have all the problems and ghettoisation that exists here in the UK. It will not take too many incomers to dranatically change the face of Iceland. I really do hope they wake up before it is too late.
