		<description>If you had to flee your country in fear of your life how can you simply go back again for a funeral?  I&#039;m not surprised your asylum claim was refused, it sounds totally bogus to me.  If you life was really in danger in your own country you would not be in any hurry to go back!!!

Asylum is for those who have genuinely had to flee from their homeland in fear of their life.  If you feel safe enough to return to your country to attend a funeral then you couldn&#039;t have been in that much danger there could you?
