If you feel safe enough to return to your country to attend a funeral then you couldn't have been in that much danger there could you? Asylum is for those who have genuinely had to flee from their homeland in fear of their life. If you feel safe enough to return to your country to attend a funeral then you couldn’t have been in that much danger there could you?
