Asylum

If you’ve been recognized as a refugee and resettled in some other country, then under most circumstances you won’t be able to successfully apply for asylum in a different country. Now if you’re claming that you remain in danger in this other country, you can apply for asylum based on that, but there’s still no guarantee that you’ll be approved.

   Sure, he can ask. But ultimately it is up to the country as to whether they will grant him asylum. Asylum is pretty hard to get in this day and age.

   if you are asking for refugee status in one safe country, then NO you can expect to NOT be permitted to request asylum in another safe country.

   you are in a safe country.
   if you feel you are stil being persecuted, tell the police.
