how can person settle in US other than marriage or political asylum?
If a person is F-1 visa student, completes his bachelors and masters from US university. How can he further stay in US? The person don’t wants to marry US citizen nor the person wants political asylum or any shelter. How can the person remain in US and continue to live/ work like normal citizens. Do he requires GREEN CARD..how?
Well, a person could try to find employment related to his US education. If he could find one willing to both employ him and file the proper paperwork with USCIS, he’d be eligible for an H1b visa and could remain in the US up to 6 years. It is also possible to be sponsored for a green card through the employer later on. Students who are graduates of upper level US programs fall into a separate category from other foreign workers competing for the same jobs. Generally, students use the Optional Practical Training period to find an employer to sponsor them later. So, if you’re determined enough and go about it intelligently, it is possible.
Invest a million dollars into their capitalist system.
