   True dat, always10true!

   It is inexcusably ignorant (and decidedly un-Christian) to refuse to help people in need (or at least try) simply because these people aren’t “like us.” Even if — and if you’re “110% Christian,” _especially_ if — they wouldn’t offer the same help to you were the situation reversed (and I’m not sure that’s true), it behooves a “good” society to help people who need it because it’s the “right” thing to do.

   The right to seek …
   The right to seek asylum is a fundamental human right. It is a right which was first spoken of by the ancient Greeks (Euripides, amongst others) and which has been recognised by Modern Greek governments (including by signing the 1951 UN Refugee Convention). It is a shame for Greece to behave in a way that makes it look like a country that disrespects these values and rights. Most Greeks do uphold and respect these and hopefully we will not be judged by comments like those of TxStavros.

   These people have no right living in “Hellas”(Greece)!!! Greece use to be an even more beautiful country before it began to take in Asylum refugees! These people should find a country that shares their beliefs and thoughts on life to move to, Not to a 110% Christian beautiful 1000’s of year old-country that fought against their kind for 100’s of years.
