@ mikubi315 it’s not just scarecrow’s hand. There are two other clips with killer croc’s hand and bane’s hand. The game shows only one of the clips at the end. It’s random.

after you beat the game and after the credits a hand pops up from the water to take the venom. the hand looked like scarecrows cause of the needles sticking out. so he could be in the next game.
