That secret ending …
That secret ending happens with 4 vilians: Bane, Killer Croc, Scarecrow, and Poison Ivy. It all depends who killed you more often. Its a glitch, (yes we know Bane getting tackled by the batmobile, but its a glitch.) For example: Bane kills you 4 times, Scarecrow kills you 6 times, and Killer Croc killed you 1 time. Scarecrow most likely be the one whose hands reaches up.
