Why are less than a third of failed asylum seekers being deported from Britain?

Posted on March 17th, 2010 by admin

And where did the £73million that was spent on support for asylum seekers in 2007-08 come from?

Tin God, the asylum swindle is one of the many things Labour are happy to do very little about. Anyone who passed perfectly safe countries on the way here has no right to claim asylum.

yuman rights laws and the fact that many come with no papers and wont own up where they are really from……….the conservatives should just make some laws regarding immigration to prevent this and to hell with following EU laws….most a s come thru many EU countries to get here which gives them no right to be here

No one knows where they are. All minicab drivers I expect, or growing cannabis plants in their Council houses….

Because the government is still bent on a bigger population at all cost including the giving away of our old northern European community to Asia and Africa etc.

They only pretend to be "doing something about it" but what’s new?

these failed asylum seekers are allowed to report to the authorities until they are deported….of course many just disappear into the communities that hide them and endorse their illegal activities

they should all be deported as soon as their case has been heard….too much time spent on appeals which also gives them time to ‘develop a relationship’ with some gullible brit….and then of course they have a right to ‘family life’

and that money came out of our pockets….ta very much

Because there is an army of Solicitors and do gooders that have a louder voice. Once their application has failed they should be securely detained until they are deported. If this means building huge new secure compounds then so be it. I am sure given the option of this or returning home the majority would chose the latter.

if they are undocumented there is no way of knowing which country to send them back to.
Also some countries like China take over 12 months to reply to HKBA

You inspire some really good questions: how much does europe give us to host these failed asylum seekers? Who takes the payout and who may have platinum lined pockets?
We know Europe governs us and the Queen has now laughed back at the airy fairy politicians that stole power from her, but how can we alter any of this dillemma by voting? Who do you vote for to change our situation? The tories are obviously up for grabbing power (and land/riches) from the church- I see a set pattern when they start campaigning for homosexual marriage in church etc- if they break the fundemental building blocks of religious belief, the church will falter and crumble- the tories will pillage what remains. Labour though proven incompetent under Browns rule may still have the ability to govern the country but are showing signs of turning completely liberal- anything the EU ****s can push on us seems acceptable to them.
I’d like to vote for someone with ball* and have our country close the door completely on immigration for a few years until we could plan on how to stop building on the green belt etc.
We have lost our green and pleasant lands to what is seemingly a nation of corrupt councillors that will pass plans for anything as long as their own life gets better- which normally means they get richer.
In answer to your question I’d suggest we are paid to house them and the £73M is part of the billions the EU owes us- but I would like to know which ministers organises the funding and how rich they have become off of our misery. What really gets to me is when I read of Iranians or slaviks etc that commit crimes because it is normal for them to act in that way- they have different rules in their homelands and should be only allowed here if they can comprehend ours- most can’t even read road signs but drive 45tonne trucks up and down our motorways via satnav.

I’m disgusted with our immigration policies even though I realise the politicians sold us out to europe years ago.

i wish i knew, no doubt liberals working in the borders agency had a hand in it, loose a few here misplace a dozen or so applications so they have to redo them again buying the "asylum" seekers some time. the year later those lost applicants are out of the loop while they attempt to process the next batch due for deportation. the 73 million for "asylum" seeker support was paid for by mr and mrs muggins, 33 destitution lane east cheam i:e me you your family your mates my family my mates, while we eat tinned food and freeze the "asylum" seekers are given money for a 3ply sob story "boo hoo hoo dey come dey beats mes" wheres the proof names places evidence? here didums heres some money "but i says dey beats me is that all i gets?"

I don’t know why only a third were actually deported. I would suggest that it was due to the very few who can make serious money out of defending illegal’s rights to stay here. But the main reason I suspect, is due to the apathy of our Government who need to be more robust in ensuring that they know where these people are.
The money came from us ordinary folk. Pure and simple.
