I just think it would be a more wonderful idea to make them work…not sit around and get worse. @_@
Work, I think, in this manner should be helping out in picking up trash, going in field trips to clean some more trash (yea sounds crazy, but it coul work)…and so on. My own relative was sent off to do great service for our country, U.S.A., and luckily avoided being sent to jail. He came back with a much better air and quality about him. Eh, just an idea…
